01 What does Bait Al Diafa supply?
Everything a hotel, restaurant or café runs on: commercial kitchen utensils and smallwares, tableware and glassware, kitchen equipment, disposables and food packaging, janitorial and cleaning supplies, and charcoal.
02 Where are you based, and where do you deliver?
Our warehouse is in Sharjah. We deliver all across the UAE: Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
03 Who do you supply?
Hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, caterers, facility managers and cleaning contractors: from a single café to a hotel group.
04 How do I order or ask about a product?

05 Are products in stock, or ordered in?
Stocked items ship from our Sharjah warehouse and are delivered within days. Specified equipment is sourced to order, and we tell you the lead time before you order.
06 Do you help set up a new café or restaurant?
Yes. We handle complete setups: fit-out, equipment, furniture, tableware, smallwares, disposables and cleaning supplies, plus brand, logo and website if you need them. You can also use us for just one part. See our café setup and restaurant setup services.
07 Can you supply packaging printed with our logo?
Yes: custom-printed cups, food boxes, napkins and carrier bags. If you do not have a logo yet, we can create one.
08 Do you restock after opening?
Yes. Most customers reorder disposables, cleaning supplies, charcoal and replacement smallwares with us on a regular delivery.
